Do you have access to your old server? If yes, you can check the date time there. The database should have same. You can try to export the database again.

I have no clue why migrating the database has such issue but it the item is not showing the date in database then I can check the item.

Please don't share the private data in public replies.

I have checked the file. It looks fine. May be you can remove the time_zone line `SET time_zone = "+00:00";` and try to import to new server.
