Hello Support,

We are experiencing a problem with Transfers. When we create a transfer transaction with Completed status, the stock quantity moves between stores as expected, but the stock amount value turns to ZERO ?!

Please see the attached screenshots for reference. And if there is any way I can send you a video clip of the whole transfer process showing the problem, please tell me how to do it.

Hello,

I saw that you are using AVCO, and it’s known to have cost issues. If you have such an issue, please select the products on the listing page, and choose the Set Avg Cost from page menu to correct the cost.
