Hello!
Im having problems with stock count in SMA for some products if you check purchases and sales, the stock shown does not match what it should, several products have the same problem, in some of them you can see it in real time when a sale is done the stock count doesnt change, im using now the latest version 3.4.37 and still the same issue, i had cleares the quantity adjustments and everything to start from 0 and let only the sales and purchases for the count, still the same issue, it does not match the correct stock, looking forward to your comments regards!

Hello,
It’s the only reason for delay this week. I can’t find the cause by investigating the database. There is no logs in SMA yet and I am thinking to release update tomorrow with other minor fixed and bring this issue forward to next update.
There is another user reported this but he is no sure how this happened with step to replicate it’s quite hard to find the cause but I will keep trying to figure out.

Hello,
I have found that there is quantity for the warehouse
Bodega Adicionalin database but it’s not being displayed on the products, like ANT1000 & ANT1001. That causing the list to show the different stock while the products list is now showing quantity ofBodega Adicionalthat warehouse.There are few other products with similar issue but I am still not sure how this happened 😦

I have no idea, why the warehouse has the purchase item and it’s not being displayed on view modal. Do you remember, if you added purchase for that warehouse or any other product action on the ‘Bodega Adicional’ warehouse?

Hello! Yes this warehouse had some products that were as "floating"products with no physical warehouse, we are not using it and i did not realized that its not showing up now i see that, how can i solve this? or somehow reset the whole system stock to add products from 0 (not delete the products just the stock count to 0), no products where added to that warehouse as purchase order, just moved as products from the main warehouse, please your help on how to correct this and how to avoid it happening on the future, also i need that warehouse, how can i have it showing up again? looking forward to your comments regards!
