for some reason the customers/users are not getting an notification email after placing a order. The same when delivery status has changed.

Hello.
There is nothing to correct. I shared it just to tell you that system will send the email.
If there is no php error logs, you can try to enable app logs by changing the
log_threshold
to 1 in theapp/config/config.php
and the try again. Lastly check the if the log file created in theapp/logs/

Hello,
Is it test install? I see there is no product shown on shop to make order. The auto email are only for shop order when customers login and make order on shop then only system send the email. For admin are no auto emails are sent.

Hi,
No this is not a test install, this is an environment where the orders ar made for the customers. But still after creating an order or a change of delivery, no mail is send to the customer.
So how can this be fixed or where I can adjust the code for this?

Hello,
If you create order from the admin are then no email are sent. Only if you are login as customer on shop and make order then you will get auto email.
All the actions in admin area will not send any email.
