I have a confusion between these two functions. Kindly share more details how would we use Knowledge Base . How is it different from the Categories we create under Categories section.?

The database won’t be affected once i update files , I just have to update files and change necessary connection. Right?
Also I would highly recommend you to add an option in admin panel where we can download and install update as many other popular scripts on coding canyon do. I am attaching screenshot for you. Please consider.

Hi
I have uploaded files as you said & updated .env file but it gave me promt to install script again . I did install again but I lost all data which I had updated in knowledge base and category threads. After I run migration command and it said “INFO” Nothing to migrate.
It should not have wiped data from the database.
Can you please help assist me here.
Moreover, KB & article is working fine now but in article while inserting image it doesn’t display image from user end.

You don’t have to edit
.env
for update, which should stay the same.Yes, if there is nothing new the migration command will show that message. It means you are fine.
