- MSAnsweredHello,
From search
> A knowledge base is a self-serve online library of information about a product, service, department, or topic.
Categories are just to organize them so that they can be found easily.
Thank you - RVAnsweredBut after logging from end user account I am not able to search anything in KB & i can see Categories I made in KB but it doesn't show the Sub-categories of those I created in KB
Is there something I am missing. - MSAnsweredHello,
Search function should check the knowledge base. I am not so sure about the KB categories; can you please share your forum URL.
Thank you - RVAnsweredOk I am able to search now by setting min search to 1 , had put it to 10 in admin panel. I got the idea of KB and Categories.

I really appreciate your patience. ☺️ - MSAnsweredHello,
No worries, we are here if you have any questtions or need assistance with item.
Thank you - RVAnsweredI added Sub-categories as Test in knowledge base.
When I look it from front-end it shows Test 0 , means containing no categories.
I added Knowledge base with test 1 & test 2
And in search I am able to search.
I want to know why it shows zero when I go to KB categories of same i.e Test.
