Good day. I have problem with my software it has stopped showing invoices. The page ends white I can’t preview my invoices nor edit anything. For sometime that was ok but it only stopped recently without any alteration to the installation. What could be causing this?

    Hello,

    Please check your php error logs and let me know the error details so that I can suggest. Please let me know the item version too.

    If it was working before then it should now unless there is any change on server like any software update etc. You can check error log for the error details.

    Hello,

    We need to find the cause and address it. PHP error logs should have details for 500 internal server errors. You can try checking the Laravel logs in the storage/logs/ folder too.
