Recently I change my server, host in shared hosting account. So after the server change, I can't login to my Simple Invoice Manager admin or any other account, when I try to login, it is automatically redirect to same login page, so

what is this issue ?
How to resolve this issue ?

    Of course, no one can solve the issue without knowing the cause/error and you never checked your server error logs or at least never let me know the error details from server error logs. The app logs don't have any error except a 404 for `Auth/assets` that can't he issue.

    We only have the latest version. You want old system, go ahead, restore backups or check with server admin. I have nothing to do with your server.

    I have already mentioned the support scope from the marketplace. Please refer to previous reply.

    I am replying you and try to figure out the issue and cause, that is the support. Once I have the error details from server error logs, I would be able to suggest.

    I told you man, there is no any error on server log, can't you understand what I say... So how can I give a error report if there is no such a error. WTF. If you can't fix your old system, what is the use of your support ??? I'm not asking to Customization services or Installation services form you I just ask to fix my issue, at least can't you login to my system through FTP and see what happen on script ? if you can't, what kind of support you are giving, it is a bullshit. are you giving opinions to customer when he stack with your system. I'm also giving support to 1000s of my customer, I'm never disappoint a customers like this, because customer is KING.

    You can check with server admin about server error logs and enable them. There is no other way to know the errors and resolve the issue.

    We can't check server/install/updates. Yes, customers are king and always right but sometime we don't have any choice.

    As I know you have backup and want to renew to new server. Most host provide these services and it should be straight forward as any other site. The login redirect to same page without error might be caused by server security module or any other script. I have no clue about servers only your server admin can help to figure out the cause. I am here if the cause is due to code but at least I need to know something to help. I am clueless how can of any help :(
