I know you can export, but the problem is I can't and that's why I seek your help. How about I give you my login credential and you help me to find out a way to solve the issue?

I have just found out the issue. It seems that it is the web browser issue. I used Microsoft Edge to export the list in sma.tecdiray.net, I can export an excel file, but if I switched to Google Chrome, the file exported is not an excel format. So can you let me know if it is possible for you to solve the compatible issue?

Can you extract the zip file and see the files? I am using Chrome to test and it's working fine. Anyway I am updating the packages today. You can download the file again anytime after tomorrow and update.

No. The contents don't have any xlsx file. I have updated the packages, you can try to update and then try to test. Thank you

How do I do the update? Is it just download the latest version and FTP the new files to overwrite the original files in the server?
