I want to export the current categories to an excel file after I selected all the categories and click export, a zip file was downloaded, there is no excel nor pdf file inside the folder, how can I see the details of the categories in excel format?

- TAnsweredI have just found out the issue. It seems that it is the web browser issue. I used Microsoft Edge to export the list in sma.tecdiray.net, I can export an excel file, but if I switched to Google Chrome, the file exported is not an excel format. So can you let me know if it is possible for you to solve the compatible issue?
- MSAnsweredCan you extract the zip file and see the files? I am using Chrome to test and it's working fine. Anyway I am updating the packages today. You can download the file again anytime after tomorrow and update.

- TAnsweredHow do I do the update? Is it just download the latest version and FTP the new files to overwrite the original files in the server?
