Do i need to buy a plan for posting on request ? Because when i try to post a request it said i need to extend something, i tried to input my purchase code but its not working. Im asking this just to make sure.
- MSAnsweredNo. You don't have to validation again as long as the item is supported on the main page. You just need to click it and then ask question on next page.
I can't impersonate but I have checked your account manually and it looks fine.
This page has `Ask Question` button, please click it and take full page screenshot before submitting the new question.
