Hello,
The
/install
is not folder but route. Please follow the install instruction from documentation.pdf in v4 and make sure that you have set the correct root path topublic
folder in your uploaded files. You can check with your server admin about this. Then access the installer in borwser.If you can’t manage, please share the details on which step you having trouble with screenshots.

i tried that…this is my domain link https://jeavensoft.com/solutions/oneInvoice/install but im getting a 404 error

Hello,
As I said before Laravel require root path to be public folder in your upload. I suggest you add subdomain and set the root path to public folder. If you want it in subdirectory then you need to sent all traffic to subdirecy to the public folder.
