Please advise on upgrading from ver 3 to latest, step number 8 is the attached import where we need to import the DB files ?
any specific option we need to choose ?

You will need to import all the files starting next to your version. Let us if you are updating from 3.4.29 than the first import file should be 3.4.30 if not available than any next 3.4.31 ... to ... 3.4.38 You need to import them one by one from lower available (oldest) to higher (latest).
*From 3.4.29 there will be 3 db updates 3.4.30, 3.4.36 & 3.4.38* I hope I have answered the question.
