1) How price group work ? I noticed that we should select respective customer group and then we have list of products to maintain some specific amount to update. How it works. Kindly explain
2) Award points : I have added award points for customers. I can understand that only way customer can use them through gift card. lets think customer "A" already has a gift card with us . its current balance is 100. now we have award points 500. when we add them to "A"s exciting gift card how should it work we have to top up their card with 500? or any method to transfer it to his gift card ? then finally how current award points going to be zero.
I saw that when we create a new gift card we have option to use award points to get it zero. but its not when we top up ?
3) How staff points work ? what can we do with that points. ?
4) There is automated SMS sending, At which point it will send to customers ? Is it work with POS / admin module too apart from SMA. I just updated some payment in admin area and that also send via SMS to customer, That"s why I want to know this exactly.
5) there is an option to add user in list of customers, What kind of user is this ? what we can do with this feature?

1. Once you have added the price group and set the products price. You should be able to assign to customer/warehouse. System will check the price from price group for assigned customers. Price groups provide a way to set the different product price for warehouses and customers.
2. No. There is no option to top up using points. I will add this option in future updates.
3. Staff points works same as customer. You have option to create gift card for staff points too.
4. Shop module send sms/email on new sale and payment. Admin area don't send any sms/email automatically.
5. These will be customer users, can see the customer company details, address, quotations and sales. Can login to make order from the customer.
