I am not sure why your typed properties are not working and giving error. Did you check with server admin? If the correct php version is being used and why php giving error for typed properties?

I will need ssh/command line access to disabled the `payu` gateway.

I have just came to know that there is wrong SESSION_DOMAIN set in the example file that will bring forward to `.env` file and cause the session errors. I have removed the line for you. Please try to test your installation now.
