Managed to get to the login screen after install but unable to login, in the install instruction itn states log in with your default email/password but I dont know what these are.

The login details should be shown on the last step of installation.
The default credentials are (same as mentioned by @Juan Castillo)
```
Username: [email protected]
Password: 12345678
```
To change the default user, you will need to add new admin user and login with new admin user to edit/delete the default.
