If you don't need the signature, you can edit the `themes/default/views/sales/view_invoice.php` for pdf and `themes/default/views/sales/view_invoice_modal.php` for modal.

Script should have option. Do you want to use signature or not? If someone want to use it then script should show signature.
or
script should look for checked option. If it is checked then show signature or if not then do not show signature & stamp.
