Hi, I experience a random printer disconnecting behaviour with my XPrinter. Printer connected using live server method via websockets in your software. When printer goes offline, I have to setup port configurations and printer settings again. Then it will work again.
I think that this has nothing to do with your software. This should be a hardware or driver issue? After some research, I found that PC power & sleep settings might cause such behaviour.
If this is just a printer specific thing, I can go to Epson printer.
I want your help here to decide what to do.
Thanks

- MSAnsweredHello,
What software are you using as Live Print Server? If PPP, then there might be any error causing such behaviour. If NPPS (POS Print Server - Windows Installer) then the logs might be helpful to know the cause.
Thank you - RBAnsweredI'm using PPP. In php console, it shows server connected and getting the invoice json properly.
I mean there is no difference in the console output when printer is working or not working. - MSAnsweredHello,
PPP is deprecated and no more maintained. Some error might be triggering this, you can check your php error logs.
