it always popups message told me to fill in the information but I have already done those.
I put warehouse I want to purchase to, my supplier, date also ref number. but it doesn't allow me to purchase.

There is no error on the screenshot.
You can check server error logs or enable app logs by changing the `log_threshold` to 1 in `app/config/config.php` and try to add the purchase again. Lastly check the latest error logs in the `app/logs/` folder.
Thank you - PVAnsweredI changed the log_threshold already, but still cannot purchase. in the screenshot there is no error pops up but the purchase does nothing when we click on submit. I checked already on my hosting that PHP version that I use is 7.4.

Is there any error logs? If you have enable app logs, you can check the latest log file in the `app/logs/` folder. - PVAnsweredyesterday I also check the log file but it was not recorded, it was recorded the day before that. I though there were no error maybe because it was not runing or something like that, but I will check today maybe it was a bit late capturing the log.

I have took a video screent capture about my problem that it does nothing on purchase. please have a look. today I just test the transfer it also behaves the same thing. it just loads then nothing happen.

Please check server error logs, if there is any error message. I am not sure as there is no error,I suspect some server security module might be causing this, you can check with your server admin.
