I have issues with completing the installation. I have passed the check list area but each time i input my username and product item code, i cannot get pass that stage it shows error.
Can you advance what to do next so i can complete the installation or can you help complete the installation for me. Thanks

That means your request is not reaching our server but being blocked by your server or security service. Please check with your server admin and ask if you can make curl request.
If you are trying to install the previous version, then it won’t work. Please download the latest file and try to install.

You can install locally using any web platform and transfer/upload to live demo.

Please check your database. It must be empty. If it has tables, then please use the new database.
