I am still facing the stock issues! Please find the attached screenshots! In product report it is showing 1 piece, but in stock and detail screen it is showing -1! It is very strange!

Please select the item on list products page and then Sync Quantity from page menu. Let me know if it makes any changes to the quantity.

No sure what is gone wrong. You can check the products details page to view all the records for the products.
You can perform stock count to sync the physical and system stock.
