Have you tried to sync the product quantity manually from the product list page?

To do this,

1. Go to Product module **List Products** page.
2. Search for the affected product(s) and check their corresponding checkbox(es).
3. Click on the Action menu bars top-right and select **Sync Quantity**

There is no info on the log. I will need the step to reproduce the issue.

You can try Sync Quantity as suggested by @Enyinnaya Gift to see if it corrects your products stock.

You are suggested to check warehouse quantity by selecting the warehouse on list products page.

You were using the system since the old version and updated or on new version directly ? please provide info so i can guide you what to do
