Please perform stock count regularly to avoid this situation. The system stock might gone wrong for any bug/errors. The fixes/update won't change the old data. You are suggested to update to latest version and perform stock count to set the correct system stock.

There is a problem with computation and it has nothing to do with stock count please review
Total Purchase -Sales +returns +or - adjustments should simply give you the total qty balance

In my case i am not interested with my physical counts on the ground , i am interested on how the system is calculating and populating this in tables and it is showing wrong figures please view the demo and the latest version script is still throwing same errors .

Even if i perform stock count and the expected figure is already wrong it will be an exercise in futility. Please check the last script you sent and correct.

Only the adjustments are not in the products report. Purchase/transfer and sales should be calculated. Where you see the stock value 667.12 The quantity is 1776.63 on product details.

Stock count is to correct the system stock as per physical stock. I am not sure which calculation are you talking about. Products report is from the purchases and the sales.

Kindly do not answer me casually I know what I am talking about the system has a stock count bug in what ever way you look at it , some may show correct but overtime customers will feel the impact of this bug on stock qty computation btw warehouses , this has been a carry forward btw all versions . I have carefully checked this and there is a development flow in the system which I will be willing to share with you . I have also noticed you don't take questions seriously we are your customers and it is only prudent you hear our voices to solve system issues, you have a good system but it has technical flows which I have highlighted during my use of this system but you have ignored so this are the three important things you need to check. Wrong profit and loss,wrong stock count and no average cost without solving this issues it is a danger to any customer who buys it. Refer to my earlier request and give impetus.

I assure you we take every report seriously. But as I told you before the demo data is not valid to test any thing. That is purely presentational. The test should be carried out on your own added products. This item don't have any test suite so some issue without steps could stay in system forever.

As you said you know the flow to reproduce the error, please share it as I won't be able to do such without step to reproduce the issue. It will be very helpful.

Almost all the part are build on customers' feedback and I do understand there would be many issues. We do update item time to time with reported issue. If you can provide the step to replicate then the fix will be easy and available soon. Otherwise it could take very long.

I have a similar issue. I have 124 in stock but when I try to add sales it does not allow me to add more than 8.
