My SMS gateway is working fine with your system. But I should enter in to system +94 ( country code) with the contact number for any mobile number updated for people. My question is when i want to record backup i have to download the excel file, Then it shows the mobile number without + mark (only 94 and other numbers). and how it updated in system once upload the data back in to system, even when update bulk records how to mention +mark before the mobile number in excel sheet.
