Hello support team,

I have a question relates to the billers, for me I create billers based on user account; then when that user stop working with us we will disable that user account, so what about biller?

we don’t see any option to disable biller, only delete. so if we delete that biller will the data created by that biller be moved to another biller or sale/purchased/quote etc will also be deleted?

thanks

    Hello,

The biller is a seller or selling company that bills to the customers.

I am not sure why you need separate biller per user. No, if the biller has sales, it won’t be deleted.

    Thank you

oh because I saw that in invoice it shows biller, so I thought if I don’t create billers relevent to users I might confuse. so I create each billers based on my users, so it was not the right practice.

but if many users use the same biller then we could also keep track who issue the invoice, right?

    Hello,

Yes, the biller and user id are attached. There is no need to have a separate biller and you can filter sales report for users.

    Thank you

Mian Saleem Since already created those billers, so could I move or edit those and delete the unused billers? because now I don’t use some warehouses and move it in to less number of warehouses, so I would also no need those billers and those billers are now combined.

would you have any suggestion relates to my situation?

    Thanks

    Hello,

The biller can’t be deleted if it is attached to any sales.

I don’t have any option in mind. The code could be modified to have an active/disable option.

    Thank you
