Hi I just purchased your Shop add on yesterday and installed it, THE ISSUE is the shopping front page URL: http://lojawix.com.br/ only works IF I am logged in, If I log out I get 500 Error and URL does not work.

Hello,

Can you please check your server error logs and let me know the error details.

If it’s new install, can you please edit app/core/MY_Shop_Controller.php and following line after parent::__construct(); around line 10
```
$this->db->query('SET SESSION sql_mode = ""');
```
It will resolve the issue if it’s due to mysql modes. However the log will have the details about the cause so I will need the error details.

On the File MY_Controller, existes this information:
$this->db->query(‘SET SESSION sql_mode = “”’);

On the file MY_Shop_Controller: Did not have this information: $this->db->query(‘SET SESSION sql_mode = “”’); SO I ADDED IT THERE and Still did not work…

When you say “Server error log” you mean on my hosting and not my site, right?

Hello,

By server error log, I mean you web server error logs. If cPanel it should be errors on main page and for others may be host can help.

You can enable app log by changing the log_threshold to 1 in app/config/config.php then visit the pages again to produce errors. Lastly check the latest log file in the app/logs/ folder.

I did what you said above, after turning the 0 to 01, I checked the error log again and is still empty, no error showing.

I can’t guess what’s wrong. Might be hybridauthlib’s syntax error.
