Yes, you can use payment term on the add/edit invoice page. If you have setup cron job, the system will change the status.

I don't see any option to set a payment term, as you described.
Attached is a screenshot of the add invoice page. Is there a system setting that needs to be enabled to reveal the payment term option?

I am sorry. SIM has due date file the payment term is in SMA. I messed up.

There is due date that will be used to change the status.
