What do you mean `not work`? If it giving any error or what? Please share the error message and if there is no error but success message then make sure your provider IP is not blocked by the email service provider.

You can test the email with smtp using mailtrap.io as they offer free account.

There could be various reasons for email to fall in spam including IP reputation, low engagement and others. You can google and/or check with your server admin for more.
