Hello, I have installed Simple Stock Manager 3, I have made all the settings, but mail sending with SMTP does not occur.

In other words, when the stock amount of a product falls below the specified amount, I cannot receive notification by e-mail.

    ‘Forgot my password’ mails are sent, but stock alert mails are not sent.

    Can I ask for a refund in this case? Because the alert system makes no sense in this way.

    Or can you add an e-mail feature to the alert system?

    You can open refund request at marketplace.

    I am not sure what alert should be send to emails but if you provide details and that are useful to there then we will add in update.

    Mail Subject: Product Name Stocks at Critical Level

    Message Body: Hello First Name Last Name,

    Product Name have reached the warning threshold, there are currently 3 products in your stocks.


    If you can add this feature, I do not want to return it.

    My SMTP settings is correct, password reset emails work, but as I said, stock alerts are not coming by email.

    In addition, I can’t open a new question in your support portal, it says that my support period has expired, whereas I just purchased the software.

    Have you setup cron job?
