I have previously reported SMTP issue. I have changed SMTP and using Mailgun, but still not be able to send mails.

Please select the `mailgun` driver and provide the domain, secret and endpoint.
Please uncheck the `Please prefer company name and email` and save settings.
Now try to send email and if you get any error, please share the error message.
