Can I print out bar codes and then scan them in to the system to create a single product or product with variations. E.g Mineral 1 variable Coke, Fanta, Sprite and then assign the variable a default stock number?

You have the option to add product with variants. Once added you should be able to sell and purchase any variant.

Thank you - UUAnsweredI know there is variant but instead of entering the product before printing out the barcode I want to print out the barcode, scan it and link/create a product for it.

I am not sure what are you trying to ask.
The product barcode are generated with product code. If your products already have barcode then you can use it while adding/editing product.
For the variants, system will generate barcode as `product code``barcode separator``variant id`
