Is there a way to reset stock in a working system? this for getting all product stock to 0 to load an updated stock count?

You will need to update the `products`' `quantity`, `warehouses_products`' `quantity` and `purchase_items`' `quantity_balance` columns.
There might be other places with quantity, but these are in my mind and should be reset.
