If I buy Regular License for Stock Manager Advance with All Modules, Can i get customize it from a local developer here as matching to my business requirement or your team can provide service to customize it as a paid service. ? Do you provide source code for this purchase if we are going to customize from our end. ?

Yes, you are allowed to modify it as you need as per license. The only restriction is that you can't use that modified version multiple times same as unmodified. You have all the source code you need in your download file.

It means that you are allowed to modify the item for single active production use or for single client (if purchased for your own client) only. You can't use that modified item to install multiple times or for multiple business or for multiple clients but only 1 per regular license.

Yes, as login as you have single active production install, it will be fine. Changing server/domain won't cause any issue.
