Dear Support,
Please I am getting this error message when a customer register from the shop.
Login Failed, the account is not active, please check with the Administrator.
Is there anything I am not doing right.

- MSAnsweredHello,
When someone register account at shop, system send them email to confirm their email address. Once they confirmed the address the account will be active.
You can update mail settings at system settings page.

this might help you as well, the shop login page is different form the pos admin page
POS admin will look like yoururl/admin/login
Shop login page will just be at your url
