When we want to add stock, first we have to create the product and after that we should create a purchase order for respective product and supplier, my problem is when create the purchase order in received mode then qty is adding to respective warehouse, but it will not happen when creating purchase order in ordering mode and later changed it to received, What is the reason for it ? Because first we should order and then we have to go for received mode once good actually received.
- EHAnsweredWhat do you mean ? If you want to order then make a purchase and set the status to "Order" if you set the status to "Received" that mean you alrd get the product so thats why it increase your quantity.

If you add the purchase with order status and later edit it or change status to received. System should add the stock to the warehouse.
Yes, that is totally valid use case to order and then mark the purchase as received. Please test it again, you can try to test it on live demo.

I mean that we first make an order for purchasing ( That's how it work in practical environment ) once we received goods we should change purchase status from order to receive, in that point stock not going to add in to the product, that's my issue, I have updated live demo screen shots for Milans to investigate it,

Thank you - AEAnsweredHi Milan, Finally I found whats went wrong. When we change the purchase order from order status to received status there is box to update received qty. But I didn't notice that and just change the mode to received and save, that's why qty comes as zero. Now I update the box with received qty and save, now its working perfectly, Thank you, Now issue is resolved.
