i sent email to request for new purchase code since my local installation was not successful and code was used. i cannot use the code anymore.

But he reply me my code is not valid. How possible it is since i download the purchase code from code canyon upon payment

    Please download the latest file and then try again. If you have issue installing or verifying it on live server, please let me know the server details and purchase code in the private reply.

    You can add private reply by enabling the PRIVATE for Staff only at top right of reply section.
