Why my purchase code is not working.
After I try to run the software to install asked me to put my Envato user name and purchase code and do not work.

As there is no error, it means the request URL is not reaching the server. If it is the latest file, then it is being block by your server. If it's not latest, please download the latest file and try again. The API server was changed last month and old server stopped this month. The latest file should work fine. If you have issue, please make sure your server is not blocking curl request. You can let me know your purchase code in private reply so that I can check it for you.
_You can add private reply by enabling the `PRIVATE for Staff only` at top right of reply section._
