I mean by customization is your report -> products report and then select show form

This is not modified version , the screenshot is from your latest version of SMA

what I want is simple like ( to list items which is from France , and has name (fork ) for an example
or to list items from USA and has part of the name like (mixer) and so on

and this is can be done from your report -> products report and then select show form option
but the result is not correct please check and reply

I am sorry. Your comments on the screenshot make think that. Anyway can you please take screenshot with English language.

The report customization form will match all the products from the selected category and any with searched products. Is the crossed products are from the selected category?

Are the error products from the same category that you are searching for? If yes, then it's correct.

Let me explain product field again.

If only Product will filled, the form will updated with product id and only one product will be fetched. If not selected but manually changed the product name then there shouldn't be effect/filter of the product input and page will list the previous page or as per other filters.

let me explain what I need

I want to list all the products start with fork and from category China
I put in product fork and select china from category it should list my product like for example
fork 0.5 inch
fork 0.7 inch
fork gold 0.6 inch
fork steel 0.5 and so on all from category china

but in this report it brings all the items fork , spoon, disk.... from category china
