Any ide what caused the product quantity sometimes is not sync ? I tried to use "Sync" feature on the product page but the quantity is still incorrect.
Also i have another question, i just found it yesterday when i want to close a register on the Cash Payment i saw the value 15,000(16,000) what does this mean ?

Sync quantity set the symbolic quantity as per balance quantity from purchase items. If there are disturbances in the physical and system stock, you should perform stock count.
The close register modal heading should explain the amount mentioned on the modal.
Thank you - EHAnsweredIf i perform a stock count wouldnt it add the mising quantity using "Quantity Adjustment" method ? I saw the changelog for the latest update and i hope it fixed the problem.

You are right the stock will be set with quantity adjustment.
The update fixed the issue where edit sale was not setting the product quantity correctly as the purchase was edited before sale that trigger the different id for purchase item. Now we track the purchase instead of the purchase item.
Thank you - EHAnsweredSo the ver 3.6.x fixed that issue ? Becase when the product quantity not sync, when i checked the purchase inside database it show the quantity balance 0 instead of 1.
- MSAnsweredThere is no change to Sync Quantity option. But now system should set correct quantity even the purchase attached with the sales are edited. Thank you
