Dear Sir,
when we list the products list we see one a product have 5 pcs which is correct
but when we count the stock it says 7 pcs.
can you explian please why the stock racks showing 7 pcs instead of 5 pcs.

I am sorry for late reply. There is another user having same issue and I am still investigating the issue without any findings yet.
If you know what caused this or steps to replicate the issue, please let me know. It will be very helpful.

I might give you a hint here, i have noticed that the effected items that have such errors are only the items that had been returned from a sold invoice.
That is the different between the quantity and rack quantity in my example are 2 pcs, and indeed we returned 2 pcs from that item form one client.
