Hi Milan,
We have facility to set up the promotion price within the product. we should enter promotion price and date range in the edit section, I had setup a promotion price with the date range from 06/12/2020 to 31/12/2020 to one of my product, But still this promotion can see in the shop module . when its added to cart, price deduction will not happen base on the date range rule. But still its misleading customers as they can see a promotion in shop module which is actually not have any discount, Kindly explain about this error. I think this promo should be automatically remove in system / shop once date is expired.

Promotions expire with cron job. If you have set the cron job the promotion should expire.
Can you please take the screenshot of the shop page too?
Thank you - AEAnsweredHi Milan, I have not setup any crone ob as i have no idea to set it up. Can you explain how to do that. I just did only update the promotion price and data range, thats all.

The cron job can be setup as mentioned on the system settings page. I am not sure about your server but cPanel and Plesk has option to setup cron job.
