Product Not Showing Up In Add Purchase Or Sale

Hi,

I am unable to find the product in the listing while adding the purchase or sale!

In your system, usually the product is selected automatically once it finds the product! But this and some similar products are not being found! What could be the reason?

Please update ASAP!

Hello,

Please pay attention on the barcode separator in system settings. If you have selected dash then you can't use dashes in your product names.
