Two things are involved.

#1. You have checked the `Hide in Shop Module` checkbox in the Product Add/Edit pages, or

#2. Your product quantities are zero and you have set the `Hide Brands/Categories with 0 product` option in the `Shop Settings` to `Yes`

i got checked like what [@Enyinnaya Gift](/u/giftedhands4real) suggestions and no any issue with my setting .
in my Featured Products still can see the product listing.
i don't know why face this problem.

how can we hide the brands those items has no quantity in stock?
while we could hide items no stock from Shop page, but the brand of those products still exist on the menu; so if we could also hide the brands of products those are no stock also that would also cleaning up the list.
