I have no idea what happened or it is just my local host server problem ? I have purchased 1 item total 20 pieces and the sales from i purchased till now is 17 pieces but the total quantity is 4 not 3.

Is there any return or adjustments for the product. You can try select the product on list products page and then sync quantity tocheck if there's any change to quantity. I can't think of any reason for this too. If you find the cause, please let me know too so that I can check nd fix it.
A stock count should be performed time to time to correct system and physical stock.

- MSAnsweredPlease only try the product in screenshot so you can know if there is any quantity change or not. Performing this task on all products would require long time and server should be configured for max execution time.
