Already i have bought 2 simple pos license from themeforst in username “dokuzi”

my issue are:

Product are not showed in many product even they exsit for sale. The same issue with category. I saw category in database but in website after login no. Why this bug?

Also how to do that for every sale to be send automatically into admin email and not to leave in sales hand if they want to send email or not?
