Hello,
We have a problem when printing the tickets generated by the pos system, when we print using the special characters related to the Spanish language as the ñ, é, á, etc we get an empty strip at the bottom of the ticket quite large, and if we do it without the encoding of these characters, the ticket comes out the correct size, but the encoding is not adequate.
Could you please help me? we urgently need to solve it,
I remain attentive to your comments
Thank you and best regards

Hi! I’m sorry if i mad you wrong, I didn’t ask for the size changes, our problem is: If i print through preview, the spanish special characters are ok, but if I set the option print directly ( in advanced sma pos) , I get the special characters wrong

Hello,
POS Print Server doesn’t support any other languages but only English at the moment. Print from preview means sending print from browser as html that should work for any language.
Thank you
