problem of printing invoices and quotes. please see attached
and can not remove "Customer Custom Field 1" from the priting file

If you have used the customer custom field (on add/edit customer) then it will be displayed on the sales/quotations.
If you don't want display them then you can edit the view files `modal_view.php`, `pdf.php`, `view.php` in `themes/default/admin/views/sales/` for sales and `themes/default/admin/views/quotations/` for quotations as you like.
