If you have **SSL** in your server, set in your `$config['base_url']` in `config.php` **filepath:** `app\config\config.php` **line 21** to `https://`, **not** `http://`

You will also need to set `$config['cookie_secure']` in **line 384** in the same `config.php` file to `true`, not `false`.

If you don't have **SSL**, the reverse should be the case.
