Hello, I recently purchased the POS Print Server and successfully configured my printer. The test data printed without any issues; however, when attempting to print a bill or order in the Simple POS, the printer did not respond at all. I would appreciate any assistance or guidance on resolving this issue. Thank you.

    Hello,

    I see that printer is unable to fetch the logo and throwing dns error. If the test prints out then there should be such issue with print by app :-( Can you please use the shared name as network path like `\\computerName\printerName`

    What version of POS Print Server have you installed? If it's not v4, then you can download it from [here](https://npps-updates.s3.amazonaws.com/rpps/win/bundle/msi/POS+Print+Server_4.0.6_x64_en-US.msi.zip).
