Hello,

I see that printer is unable to fetch the logo and throwing dns error. If the test prints out then there should be such issue with print by app 😦 Can you please use the shared name as network path like \\computerName\printerName

What version of POS Print Server have you installed? If it’s not v4, then you can download it from here.
