I have both software from you POS - broswer and now POS - Windows
all good so far but the printer in Windows virsion dose not print Arabic letters please see attachments.
could you help me on this pelase?

Hello,
I am sorry as Arabic is not supported. You can send the print as image for now as work around. In your settings, there is option to send print as image. Please check and try it.

Oh sorry just seen your reply. The send as image should work same as text. Does the page show any error?
For web browser option, you will need to disable the browser header/footer and margins as mentioned the receipt page.

no erros, only page refresh with nothing happen

We are checking the options to support Arabic and other languages but still don’t have any solution so no idea when it will be available. But surely we will have it in future updates.
I will be checking actively for this after MPS ecommerce module release. It might take 2 - 3 months.

To be honest, I have no idea yet. I am working on POS Print Server and still researching with unicode text and printer codepages.
It would take quite a long time for SimplePOS to have this option, or it might not have. However, the send as image should work and I can check that for you.
